Land of AWz publishes sudoku and kakuro puzzle books. They come two ways: paperbacks on Amazon, in a 6x9 travel size and an 8.5x11 large-print edition with big digits, and printable packs on Etsy, for classrooms and in large print, in Letter and A4.
Every puzzle is generated from a seed and checked by a solver to have exactly one solution. Each one is graded by the hardest solving technique it needs, not by how many clues it shows. No puzzle repeats across books.

And why it might not be worth it. Everything above is about how the puzzles are made and checked, and you can't see any of it from the outside. If any puzzle book will do for you, nothing here is a reason to choose these.
